Defense attorneys for YouTubers Kyle Forgeard and John Shahidi, known as the Nelk Boys, have moved to dismiss a fraud lawsuit related to their Full Send Metacard NFT project. The lawsuit alleges that buyers were misled by promises of exclusive perks and community access. The Nelk Boys’ attorneys argue that the plaintiff declined a full refund and received the promised perks, making the case legally moot. No specific false claims were cited in the complaint.
